Sometimes finding official merchandise can be a painful experience, this is due to several factors. Each artist grants licenses to printers to print their t-shirt designs, this then allows the printers to produce a certain amount of designs that are then released onto the market.

Unfortunately many of license holders reside in other countries and this is the main reason why you never see some releases as they were specifically produced for that countries market.

We have distributors based in London, Los Angeles, New York & Ireland that pull all these releases together under one roof.

This does however mean that they are hundreds of license holders to deal with and pulling all the products together in all the different sizes is a very difficult task, we do therefore work on a 20 working day delivery schedule for official merchandise, this may sound excessive but 80% of orders are shipped well within this timeframe.

Popular merchandise from high profile bands such as My Chemical Romance and Fall Out Boy will undoubtably be shipped quicker than say Bright Eyes merchandise, this is simply put down to numbers, My Chemical Romance will have thousands of products created and these are in turn stocked by a lot of suppliers, but in the case of Bright Eyes merch they wont have the same demand and therefore a small amount of stock is held, and from time to time everyone has to wait until the merchandise is reprinted and redistributed.

We list over 17,000 official items from 2001 artists, and we update our catalogue on a weekly basis with whats currently listed as available from the suppliers around the world.

In essence we provide a one stop site where you can order almost every possible official item, if you see an item you haven't seen before then just bear in mind that its probably due to not being released in your country. Our service allows these items to be imported and distributed to you so a shipping delay will apply while these items.
