Purchasing official music merchandise has its problems, even in this day and age.
The problems we face as outlet is that stock changes hands very quickly when it comes to licensed products, every country gets different releases, for instance there may not be a massive demand for Celtic Rock in Germany therefore items are typically not shipped there for general release.
We operate by pulling all data of available items from all the available suppliers around the world and then offer them on our site for purchase, while a certain amount of stock is held for popular items we can only offer the amount of products on the site by importing on demand from Europe, the US and Canada.
Typically we quote up to 20 working days to ship your items, that may sound excessive but you would be surprised how many outlets so still state "In-Stock" to grab that important sale. 20 working days allows us to import from different countries and then redistribute to you the customer, some items go out in days others within a week. Check the historical shipping information on each of the products for a general idea.
For instance take a look at AC/DC releases, if we offered just the stock we found in the UK you would see a tiny percentage of what you will find on our site, this is simply because each country has different license agreements for individual artists.
