With over 20,000 products available from our site delivery schedules are based on average times experienced over the last 12 months of trading.
For Band/TV & Film merchandise we quote upto 20 working days due to having to deal with hundreds of "Official License" holders. A fair percentage of these "License Holders" are based in the United States and therefore stock does have to be imported. While stock is held, from time to time some items will be out of stock and therefore need to be reordered from suppliers.
As policy we will never debit your credit card before an item is dispatched to you. Your card will be authorized to check the status of the card and to confirm that there are available funds for your order to be processed. Some customers may be concerned that they are billed in advance of an item being dispatched and this is not the case.
We only authorize the funds in a holding state and the funds will never leave your account until the product is marked as dispatched. All authorizations are generated and held by your bank and if you feel you cannot honour the amortization you can contact your bank to remove the authorization. We will perform this again at the point of dispatching your items to verify the funds are available. If payment can not be taken you will be notified and the order will be removed from our processing system.
For Corpse items i.e. slogan t-shirts and other inhouse printed designs we aim for 1-5 days from receipt of the order. If the goods you order are out of stock or require special order we will send out the order to you as soon as the product becomes available. If we cannot source the item we will contact you to inform you.
For Branded Merchandise from names such as Criminal Damage, Vans Footwear and such, items are held in stock in the UK. These items are typically shipped same day if ordered before 3pm GMT. We update the stock system for these brands on a 2 hourly basis, if stock is available please note that the system will only be able to allocate items in stock therefore please note that if there is a low number of stock for a particular item it will show on screen.
No customer information, including email addresses shall be given or sold to any third parties in accordance with our privacy policy.
Cards will not be charged until the order is ready for despatch as the system we use will only deduct funds once an item is in the processing stage just prior to dispatch.
Attempts to gain goods with false or invalid information will be dealt with as fraud; our system uses some of the best fraud prevention checks provided by our payment provider along with addition algorithms created by our programming team. Orders may be deleted without notification if we believe them to be fraudulent.
If we feel that you are using information fraudulent information or credit card data that does not belong to you then we will be forced to pass on any information to the local authorities in the United Kingdom and/or United States.
We reserve the right to credit or cancel any order that may appear to be fraudulent or incomplete.
We supply all goods at the request of our customers if they are ordered in compliance with these
Terms & Conditions.
If we experience problems with fulfilling an order we will email the customer with details of the problem and offer an alternative if necessary we may re-process the order to resolve issues that may arise at the point of ordering.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all details for their orders are correct at the time of ordering.
Upon placing the order, the customer agrees that the information given on the order is correct. Any changes to information contained on the customer at the time of ordering will be made at the discretion of Paridae Ltd.
Returns will only be accepted within 14 days of receipt and only with prior authorization from our customer support department.
You can cancel an order and return any goods that may already have been dispatched up to 7 days from receipt (see return policy).
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please check goods on delivery and ensure that they are supplied correctly. If any of the goods prove to be unsuitable please return them within 14 days in the original packaging and in an unused condition for a full refund less of any postage costs.

To enable us to process your order and ship items as quickly as possible payment for products maybe taken by either ourlselves Paridae Ltd or the main UK supplier Backstreet International Merchandise Ltd or Everything But The Music Ltd. Rather than increasing delivery times by routing products via the various suppliers and then to ourselves, Backstreet International Merchandise Ltd or Everything But The Music may ship & bill your directly for items not readily available from our stock.
