The following General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the offer and sale of products on this web site ("www.corpseclothing.com"). The products purchased on www.corpseclothing.com are sold by Corpse Merchandise Ltd.

Corpse Merchandise Ltd is registered with the Companies' Registration Office, Cardiff under number 7019363. VAT no. GB 978 0027 05.

Corpse Merchandise Ltd registered office in the uk is located at The T-shirt Studio, 27-39 Broad Street, Bilston, Wolverhampton WV14 0BU. (hereinafter referred to as "the Vendor" or "We" or "Us").

All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the Merchandise you have ordered is not available.

Goods will be dispatched within 28 days of an order being received. Should an item be unavailable the customer will be informed by an email and an alternative offered if the original item is no longer available.

We will endeavour to obtain the original item at all costs, sometimes due issues with some suppliers it may take longer that 28 days. If items are not shipped within 60 days the item is removed from the site and any affected customers will be fully refunded for outstanding items.

No customer information, including email addresses shall be given or sold to any third parties in accordance with our privacy policy.

If we feel that you are using information fraudulent information or credit card data that does not belong to you then we will be forced to pass on any information to the local authorities in the United Kingdom and/or United States.

All billing details will be kept for 3 years for taxation reasons and will then be destroyed.

Corpse Merchandise Ltd are committed to providing only 100% official licensed products, if any item displayed on our web site is not 100% official we will remove the product from our database at the first available opportunity.

You must observe and comply with all applicable regulations and legislation, including obtaining all necessary customs, import or other permits to purchase Merchandise from our site.  The importation or exportation of certain of our Merchandise to you may be prohibited by certain national laws.  We make no representation and accept no liability in respect of the export or import of the Merchandise you purchase.

We reserve the right to credit or cancel any order that may appear to be fraudulent or incomplete.

We supply all goods at the request of our customers if they are ordered in compliance with these Terms & Conditions.

If we experience problems with fulfilling an order we will email the customer with details of the problem and offer an alternative if necessary we may re-process the order to resolve issues that may arise at the point of ordering.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all details for their orders are correct at the time of ordering.

Upon placing the order, the customer agrees that the information given on the order is correct. Any changes to information contained on the customer at the time of ordering will be made at the discretion of Corpse Merchandise Ltd

By agreeing to these terms and conditions the customer agrees that Corpse Merchandise Ltd from time to time may send promotional mail to the customer. These promotional mailing will stop if requested by the customer.

Returns will only be accepted within 14 days of receipt and only with prior authorization from our customer support department.
